What are the documents needed to apply as a reseller?
You just need to fill out needed personal information and answer a few questions. A valid ID should be uploaded together with the signed Memorandum of Agreement and Letter of Intent.
How long do I need to wait to know if my application is approved or not?
applicant must wait two (2) to three (3) working days to know if application is approved or not.
Will you contact me to advise the status of my application?
You can check the status of your application by logging in at ilovetaters.com/reseller. For approved application, you will be receiving an SMS message stating that application has been approved. For declined applications, our CSR will call you to advise that application has been declined.
Am I allowed to pull out my application if I decided not to continue?
Application can be cancelled anytime as long due notice is made. He/she MUST call this number 09498898640 and state the reason of cancellation.
Is there a reseller processing fee that I need to pay?
There is NO reseller processing fee that you need to pay during application, but a P6,300.00 gross worth of product should be ordered during your initial transaction (once application has been approved)
How can we pay for our orders?
All payment should be paid via bank transfer or deposit.
Where are the pick-up locations of the products?
Metro Manila - Waltermart, Trinoma, Market! Market!, Magnolia, Robinsons Place Manila, Robinsons Galleria; South - Alabang Town Center, EVIA, Robinsons Galleria South; East - Antipolo; Davao - Abreeza mall
Can we well sell Taters products in Shopee or Lazada if we have online shop accounts on those selling platforms?
NO. You CANNOT sell Taters Products on those online shop platforms, but you CAN promote the products in your social media accounts such as Facebook or Instagram or any online Marketplace. You CAN also promote the products by joining different community groups/channels on Viber, Telegram or Whatsapp
Is my reseller membership transferable?
No. perks are only limited to approved resellers
Can I suspend my reseller membership?
Yes, but it is subject for approval.
What if I lack certain equipments required of me as a reseller?
We can limit the reseller status to the selling of Dry Goods such as Superpop (Popcorn), Cornachos (Nachos), Tofu Chips, Flavorings (Nacho Cheese, Texan BBQ, Cour Cream, White Cheddar, Wasabi, Honey Butter), powdered beverages, Salsa in Can, Nacho Cheese in Can, Quezo Dip (just add water), Taters Auro Chocolate, Trailmix
